Terms & Conditions
Last updated May 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Medianet mobile pass for visitors to the Maldives ("Service"). By completing a checkout on this site you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a prepaid streaming pass that lets you watch Medianet's live sports and channels on the Medianet mobile app for the duration of the selected package.
- The pass is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You will receive sign-in details for the Medianet mobile app at the email address you provide at checkout.
- Streaming availability depends on your device, network and the rights granted to Medianet by content owners.
2. Payment
- All payments are processed by Bank of Maldives (BML Connect).
- Prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Purchases are one-time payments. The pass activates once payment is confirmed.
3. Transaction records
We strongly recommend that you retain a copy of your transaction record and these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy for your reference. After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation email containing your transaction reference; please keep that email until your subscription period ends, in case it is needed for any payment dispute or support enquiry.
4. Refunds
Because the Service is delivered digitally and activates immediately on successful payment, passes are non-refundable. If a payment is taken but the pass cannot be activated, contact us and we will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund or re-issue the pass.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share your sign-in details.
- Do not use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Medianet platform.
- Do not attempt to circumvent geographic, device or session restrictions.
6. Account & content
Medianet may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Available content, channels and match line-ups may change without notice.
7. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medianet is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page; the "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
